IPS SPECIAL EVENT SPONSORSHIPS
Bringing the IPS community together to celebrate its successes and achievements, its students and alumni, and its educators and community members is crucial. The IPS Foundation is committed to supporting the IPS District with a significant portion of these expenses by securing sponsorship funds for the 2023-2024 school year.
Sponsorship commitments allow the IPS Foundation to preserve the Education Equity Fund and afford the IPS District the ability to:
Welcome new educators to the District with essential supports and resources;
Distribute 4,000 uniforms and backpacks to students before the start of the school year;
Present eight awards to individuals and organizations making a difference at IPS;
Monitor a spelling bee for more than 40 students and 10 finalists;
Offer resources for summer programs to 31,000 students and their families; and
Honor more than 500 students for their academic achievements prior to graduation.
Throughout the 2023-2024 school year, each sponsor will be recognized as such at six cornerstone events hosted by the IPS District:

Back to School Festival
Hall of Fame
Spelling Bee
Resource Fair
IPS Honors
Partnership opportunities are reserved for Community Partners whose values and integrity align with that of the IPS District and IPS Foundation. Regardless of a Community Partner’s capacity to give, the IPS Foundation promises all Education Equity Fund supporters and IPS Special Event sponsors the opportunity to:
Establish rapport and build a trusted partnership;
Create visibility and brand awareness;
Align values and interests with mission;
Receive a tax deduction or write off of business expenses;
Be acknowledged as a supporter and sponsor of special educational events; and
Make an impact and celebrate the successes of IPS and its students.
For commitments of $2,500 or more, IPS Special Events sponsors will receive additional recognition based on the level of their commitment.
