Imagine an equitable educational experience where every IPS student receives what they need, when they need it, and where they need it.
The IPS Foundation is working toward that reality through the Education Equity Fund.
The fund provides IPS schools with flexible funding to ensure every student and educator has essential resources, nurture the overall wellbeing of students and educators, and offer enrichment opportunities. By directly addressing opportunity gaps at the student level, we are working toward a future where academic outcomes are not predicted by race, ethnicity, or socioeconomic status.
Every IPS student deserves an equitable and excellent educational experience. The Education Equity Fund is here to make it a reality.

ACCELERATOR GRANTS
Through the contributions of the IPS Foundation’s Education Equity Fund, the IPS Foundation is able to further support educators and students across the district with Accelerator Grants.
At the beginning of each semester, the IPS Foundation offers educators an opportunity to apply for Accelerator Grants. Teachers, staff, and student groups are encouraged to work with their school’s principal to identify a project and to submit grant requests for projects that align with at least one of the three purposes of the Education Equity Fund.
The IPS Foundation is grateful to the community members and partners who support the Education Equity Fund and make Accelerator Grants a reality. Since 2020, the IPS Foundation has been able to award more than $950,000 to support students and staff.
